I sprained my ankle a few years ago playing around with my bike. It took a couple of weeks to heal but i spent the next 2 years constantly respraining it playing rugby. Its only just fully healed. The dead leg i got a year and a half ago has only sorted itself out recently too.

Nope. So far as I know, I've never sprained your ankle. I've done my own a few times, though.
