Cheers for that. Was about to suggest https://www.overclockers.co.uk/sams...olid-state-drive-mz-76e1t0b-eu-hd-234-sa.html. But that seems pretty overpriced now - 1TB for 169.99 (granted, it is slightly overpriced on OcUK :( )

EDIT: why is https://www.overclockers.co.uk/sams...olid-state-drive-mz-76p1t0b-eu-hd-239-sa.html priced way higher compared to the "evo" ssd? Also, I've noticed the prices appear to jump up a lot for 1TB models. I guess it makes more sense to purchase a ~500 GB model and get an extra drive if I need to space.

The EVO "only" has a warranty for 300TB written over 5 years (164GB each and every day! :D ) - the PRO allows 1200TB. Also, the PRO might be a tad faster but you'd never notice it in day to day usage.

edit: the 1TB evo actually allows 600TB - the 300TB was for the 500GB model.
