Every time I turn my PC on, for the first boot, it will BSoD after a period of time. It seems to be related to running a 3D application and the more intense it is, the quicker it comes. I can tell it's about to because the audio goes crackly and my mouse starts stuttering with longer and longer pauses between it responding.

This cumulates in a BSoD, normally the 'an interrupt was not received on a secondary processor' one.

What frustrates me is that upon rebooting, it's perfectly fine. I can run it for days without a single problem and running the same 3D app works fine too.

What could it be that's causing it to BSoD on boot and only once?
