Not sure if this is the best place to ask or whether I should ask in the consoles forum, but what is the best way of streaming videos/music from my laptop to the PS3 which is connected to my TV and in near future, projector?

Can it be done for free at a quick speed via wireless or do you need software and a wired connection?

although you can connect PS3 to your laptop wirelessly via Media Center, I would recommend wired connections to your BT hub (or switch) since you will have a more stable connection.

Thanks, will have to try that.

So is it best to put the PS3 wired into the internet hub to get a better streaming rate?
