I've paid was £89 I think or 89 dollars can't remember.

I bought absolutely everything though. Including extra dice. All the map packs, three packs of sleeves.

Some of it was VAT btw. Could have been £110 now that I think about it when added vat on. I'll go check my bank statement.

Was £79.55. so just under £80 if you bought absolutely everything like I did. Think it was 110 dollars.

I paid for the basic pledge which include the game, boss expansion and all the stretch goals. Just wondering now why I haven't received an email about paying for shipping  When did you receive the email?

19th of March.

I think my total bill was 480 dollars.

Certainly the most expensive game I've ever bought.

Check your spam folder or email [email protected]

I had to email them to confirm a change of address.

Delivery is approximately 2-3 weeks from payment! At this point the process is in the hands of the fulfillment center and they are rolling out in batches. If you don't hear/receive anything in the next 2-3 weeks, please feel free to alert us.

Thanks for that. I've not received any emails other than kickstarter and jasco games updates. My pledge says $140 collected. Is the email to pay for shipping from Crowd Ox? I've check my junk and searched my emails for Crowd Ox but nothing is found.

I'll give it another day and email Jasco to find out what is going on.

Yeah it's to update your pledge / pay shipping to crowd ox.

The payment is for shipping and vat. Vat is because they imported it to the UK and incurred Vat at that point so you never paid any UK vat on the original pledge.

So the £80 I paid majority is likely vat. Shipping should only be £20-£30 tbh it should be a lot cheaper if it's bulk distribution as you get much better deals. I'm guessing £15 shipping and £65 vat.

I'd email them now and ask them to re-send it. They are busy it took them several days to answer my address update query. So don't wait around email them now.

Emailed them earlier today and I got a reply with link to pay for shipping etc. $36 and $28 tax so $64 I need to pay which works out at £46.49 according to XE.com

Yeah mine was £80 because I ordered absolutely everything possible.

Glad you got it sorted in the end because the folk not paying the shipping in America had a deadline date of 31st I believe and then their orders would be cancelled and money refunded. Better to be proactive about it just in case.

So maybe I'm being stupid but how do I pay the balance? The email says....

"Simply review your order details on each page and use the green button at the bottom to click through to the end to complete your order, review your shipping address and settle the shipping payment step. Please disregard any confusing text saying anything about stock issues because we definitely have everything on hand for you. Delivery is approximately 2-3 weeks from payment and tracking info will be provided"

But following the link I just get to see what I've bought, how much I've payed and what I still need to pay. The only green button is a survey which just take me back once completed. Shows my shipping address but no way of paying

I paid on crowdox I think it was no idea now exactly how I just clicked on the link and went through the process.

I got an email saying shipping soon now and the fulfillment centre emailed me with my updated address so looks like I should have mine soon.

They said that it's a massive shipment so its going to take them a while to pack orders so it won't be for another week or two but not long now I've waited years.

I'll post the email up below

I've still not received an email about shipping :( emailed Jasco to confirm my payment had been recieved etc and they said I was fully paid so I guess I just keep waiting...

There was an email from jasco a day or two ago saying that the UK fulfillment centre was behind schedule and don't need to panic they were shipping 3 days per week and you would get it soon.

I imagine you will get yours within the next 2 weeks. Probably lockdown and covid related delays.

It's DPD delivering mine and should be here today at some point.

2 hours now until I get mine. Likely yours is delayed as you paid late too because of the issue with you not receiving the emails / links. I imagine it could be whoever confirmed details and paid first was put to the top of the list. You might be right at the back but it shouldn't be too long they will have people working all day packing them and then shipping them on select days.

@SpudMaster

Mines is here wow it's a lot of boxes. Very heavy too I've not had a parcel this heavy since IKEA furniture.

They have included a print out sticker of the car I'm assuming that's because they printed the wrong image on the reverse so it's a "patch".

I won't be playing this for at least 7+ years. I've got a 4 month old and he would just destroy it. Going to have to store it away until he's hold enough to be gentle and not just try and eat them all.

Unless of course I get a mate to come round and have a go. There is no way you can realistically take this away to play anywhere it's pretty much a game that you can only play in your own home.

Yeah I was thinking the same, I'm probably at the back of the queue due to the issues.

Glad you've got yours though, sounds great from what I've seen. My kids are 3 and 6 so won't have to wait too long before I can play with them. Hands will be cleaned and sanitised first though! :p

The quality is stunning but they are very fragile. They are definitely for a light touch only you couldn't drop one for instance even from 2 feet onto a wooden floor and expect it to be 100% intact after. Very small joins on some of them and really intricate details.

I'd probably be very paranoid if anyone other than me was touching them. I wish I had 2 now, 1 to play and 1 to keep as a collector.
