I run AdBlocker Ultimate, no sign of anything on my end. However having seen the ads now I'm really surprised that this would be allowed by the powers that be.

Yeah if those ads became the norm I would probably stop using the OCUK forums personally. On mobile view in particular it was awful (half screen at the top of the page).

Hopefully it's just an error.

I turned my pihole off yesterday in preperation for the xbox x launch, didn't want anything to stand in the way.

Forgot to turn it back on, and was amazed at the amount of ads now on the internet....even on mobile apps and hell, even my damn smart tv.

pihole is brilliant.

If this is the way that OCUK is going to handle the forums going forwards then I'd like to know so I can stop frequenting them.
