I would be grateful for any help with this as it is driving me crazy.
I move to the new surface book 2 and got a surface dock. However, this won’t see my 4k screen most of the time and shows it as 1920x1080 which looks terrible.
When I mess around with it, turning things on and off and changing settings it does on occasion see the 45k so it is possible, but I cannot find any logic to it.
I have an asus PB287Q.
That aside I do love the surface books.
