I've got a nc6400 with a 100gb Hitachi 7200rpm drive in which I wish to swap for a 320gb Hitachi 7200rpm drive.
I've used Acronis to clone the drives on a seperate desktop computer, which seems to have worked as the new drive will happily boot when attached to the desktop.
I returned the HD to the laptop and all I get is 'disk read error press ctrl-alt-delete'.
Anyone got any ideas?
