As the title says im wanting to switch from the one belinea 102035w to 2 x Acer AL1916W's. Just have a few questions, will a 7800gtx be able to handle dual screen gaming eg f.e.a.r on medium settings? Also are ocuk stocking the silver acer monitors or the black ones? Anyone bought the acers, views, reviews etc?

Are you sure you want your crosshair in the middle of the gap between screens?

That sounds like a really bad idea to me. Those Acers are TN, so the viewing angles could be a real problem when you have two of them side by side. Those Acers don't have viewing angles to match your Belinea. Also 2880 x 900 is one heck of a resolution, are you sure your system can handle it in a game like Fear? That's way more pixels than 1600*1200. It's also 3.2:1 ratio, which I doubt many (if any) games know how to handle.

As Vigil says, the double bezel down the middle will annoy during FPS games too. Surely just going with a 24" is a better idea.

I'm assuming you plan to run games spanning both screens btw.

As far as I know the black Acer AL1916W monitors are not available in the UK but you can import them from North America.
