System Delivery Times

I ordered a system build 18th January and initally advised 7 working days for delivery. They have now said they are delayed due to 'The christmas backlog', in February..

Anyway, has anyone ordered a system build recently and can advise how long its taking them? They don't seem able to confirm how long it will take.

Not massively helpful post from me, but those 2 weeks after christmas are likely their biggest peak, so i imagine you're back of the queue having ordered right after the xmass spend. Also returns from xmass pressies are likely a high point too.

Give them a polite ring and might be able to see if the build has started.
