Hi all,
Could I get some advice and possible spec for a gaming/streaming PC for my Son?

The main use is to stream/record his xbox one footage and some light gaming (Fortnight/Minecraft/rocket league)

I'd like it to contain:
Base unit + internals (Please include a sizable HD with SSD for OS.)
Monitor
Windows OS

Budget £5-700

Keyboard/Mouse I can source.

My head tells me it should centre around CPU & RAM capability, but I'd love some guidance, I'm around 10 years out of date on the current tech landscape.

Thanks all.

My knowledge of what's required for streaming isn't particularly good however with that budget in mind, I'm wondering if a Ryzen 2700/x might be a sensible option. That coupled with something like the MSI Tommahawk or Mortar motherboard and 16gb of ram should do the trick.

I recently picked up some well-priced Crucial Ballistix Sport memory, which is worth considering.

I'm on my phone at the mo so I'm a bit limited. When I get home I'll link a video which gives advice on where to pick up a cheap key for Windows 10. There are many sites around selling keys but I found this channel/video helpful in answering some queries of my own.
