Tell me about Motorbikes....

Im thinking of setting that when I get my next bike, that way I can start again fresh thinking of race shift, then its not as big as a transition

I've heard of people switching the gearshift so it works upside down. What is the main advantage of this?

Track riding mainly, when your banked right over you wont be able to hook your boot under to shift up so easier to shift it down to go up a gear.

Don't worry about not learning the gears. On the CBT they will teach you, it's set up for people who have never been on a bike before. So as you need to take the CBT anyway there's no need to worry about it.

and that is why you don't have a bike now. riding a bike safely involves more effort than a car.

The CBR is just a tad too small for me, wouldn't say no to having a blade at some point though, lol.
