Text reader for Vista?

Hi, my eyesight is gradually failing due to some health problems and I think some sort of text reader will help in the interim - a look on Google shows many apps but I'm wondering if anyone can recommend one? I don't mind paying if it'ss igood

you tried the one built in (narrator - accessories, ease of access). I would assume its on all versions (I've got ultimate).

As above. I think it's meant to be pretty good and should be in all versions

Have you looked at Zoomtext or Lunar, they are ont free but aare both a good piece of kit for some one who is vi (like myself)
Lunar is the cheaper on and as good as Zoomtext in my opinion. Though saying that you can get a free 60 day trial of zoomtext, why not give it a go

Opps forgot to say both have readers inbuilt as well as magnification.
