Looking for advice please. I have installed 2 new sticks, set XMP profile which shows 3600mhz 14-15-15-35 1.45V which is the stock setting of the ram. All other settings as auto, PBO is enabled.
In bios (Gigabyte x570i) it only shows as 2400mhz. On Hwinfo64 again showing at 1200 frequency and zen timings confirm 2400mhz. I've tried to manually change in bios but not working. I've checked compatibility on website and all good with mobo. CPU ryzen 5600x.
I had CB memory before and it was showing as XMP 3600 with bios at 3600mhz Hwinfo was 1800mhz. All settings were as above auto, PBO.
Could it be the Tforce is faulty, I've checked the code per stick and referenced on their website which matches my stick's speed and timings.
Any help /advice appreciated.

Thanks, it's really odd as I removed the Tforce sticks into my other pc they work great at all the timings clock speed. Fitted the old sticks back and they are acting the same running at jedec speed. I have been able to manually adjust upto 3400mhz, which is an improvement but unable to use xmp. I cant push to the base 3600mhz. I dont no what's happened to this pc as it was working with xmp at 3600mhz.

On my motherboard if I install two sticks I can get 4000MT/s fine. If I install another two sticks, I am stuck at 3600MT/s. This is expected because that is the maximum speed in th QVL for the same type of RAM. Could be the motherboard.

Also with 3600MT/s with my 3800x I had to enter all the times manually and set the voltage. The IF set to auto would give a black screen on boot and an error message. IF set to 1900 and RAM to 3800MT/s and everything works. If I drop the IF to 1800MHz I get 3600MT/s and CL14-15. Check if the DRAM voltage is correct.

Check if the RAM is on the memory QVL https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/X570-I-AORUS-PRO-WIFI-rev-10/support#support-doc Soz if you already did this. I could not find TF13D416G3600HC18JDC01 https://cdn.mos.cms.futurecdn.net/RSFCZfHavF2qk4Wvnvr4WH.jpg Cant find K4A8G085WB-BCPB source https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/team-group-t-force-xtreem-argb-ddr4-3600-cl14-2x8gb-review Kit is reported as B-die.

You can try really loose RAM primary timings and see if you can even boot at 3600MT/s.

Sometimes a BIOS update can help. Update the bios only as a last resort, there are risks with updating the bios. F21 states Improve memory compatibility.

So I have completely stripped down my pc this weekend, reset cmos, installed a new bios update.
And!!! Exactly the same. Can only set manually 3400mhz at 3600 timings. Anything else i try just resets to 2600mhz.
My ram is qvl with mobo
Is this then a mobo problem?
Or cpu problem ?
