Sedlec Ossuary is fascinating - we were there last year. I'd recommend as a must see for anyone visiting Prague.
I think it's about 12 miles East and they do coach excursions.

Can you get into the church above it? Apparently there's a museum section with skulls that were not in good enough condition to be used in the chandeliers etc. Many of them show arrow holes and spiked mace holes from the Hussite wars.
