Just finished. I find the post McD's ice cold coke slurp and burp most satisfying.

 

Last nights meal of grass fed sirloin steak from a farm that raises male dairy cows for the meat so they don't die straight away.


Tonight's meal of chorizo and squid salad with a warm dressing.

Penne pasta with red pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and goats cheese.

 

A Magnum White.

 

Had pasta for lunch, made with firey chilli sauce. Had beef, spicy sausage, mushrooms and red peppers tossed in

 

I would have walloped that mayo chicken straight in the middle of the big mac to make a super burger.

 

One the famous Stephens the Bakers steak bridies:
