A64 SD 3700 @ 3080 mhz 280x11 @ 1.52v last November.
-19 to -21 deg idling. Got to around 5 deg under load when stress testing.

Did have the stepping written down somewhere but cannot find it.

This CPU is going on the bay once my Opty 170 arrives :cool:

any update on the overclock m8
Not really, Saturday evening I went out to eat with my family and sunday I went to see Ajax pummel RBC 6-0 and going to the pub afterwards so sunday evening was spent being drunk and now I'm back at work.

First I have to look for a good stable DFI BIOS that is better than the one I currently have.

Finally some success, I might be rambling a bit but here goes.

I had all kinds of instability until I figured I need to run at the default 11x multi, anything else is unstable, also I can't run a memory divider so that has to be 1:1 I also found that the tRAS needs to be 10, the only memory settings I changed are 2.5-2-2-10-1T and the rest is on auto, not even tweaked yet :cool:

Knowing that I concentrated on seeing how fast my memory would run and so far I got to 260Mhz [email protected] :eek:

The CPU is running at [email protected] this might be a bit too much but I want to see if it is Prime95 stable, so far it's been running a couple of minutes on small FFT's stable, load temperature is ~37C with watercooling.

Bummer, Prime95 failed after 4 minutes, looks like I need to lower it to 11x250Mhz (2750Mhz) and test some more, I'll be right back

2750Mhz.jpg

These are the voltages my CPU needs to be Prime95 stable: (for now, further testing required)
2200Mhz = stock 1.35V
2400Mhz = 1.35V
2500Mhz = 1.45V (not 100% sure, might be stable with 1.40V)
2750Mhz = 1.50V (25 minutes Small FFT's, 15 minutes Blend)
2860Mhz = >1.625V :( failed after 4 minutes in Prime95 small FFT's)

Tomorrow I will see how fast I can run with 1.60V, looks like it will be ~2800Mhz

Hmm,

I got 2900 Mhz out of my cpu the other day..

But it was with 1.6 Volts.. Which i didnt like to do,, so in the end i dropped it back down to 2805 Mhz..

These chips realy do seem great value :)

Mine has been game stable on counter strike source for months.

Realy Great chip IMO CAB2E BTW :)
