yeah, especially seeing as the last tablet i had was such a good spec for the price, i wonder what happened to the pricing schemes?
ETA prime had a 200 dollar tablet that's supposed to be an emulation beast. Iplay40 pro. Yeah it's Chinese but specs look good. I've had around 10 Amazon fire hd tablets if not more I upgrade every prime day or black Friday when a decent deal comes around and I've had every model 7,8 and 10. They all suck. They are painfully slow and you need to mess about to get play store on it and then it's just a pain to use. I'd much rather now Rather than constantly paying £30-£50 to upgrade every year just spend £200 on a decent tablet in the first place and keep it for 5 years.
Not sure what the latest fire tabs are like but we have a couple from about 2 years ago. Both of them have problems with the micro usb ports and they are dog slow. Like painfully slow.
