leathermans always sell well here-especially the wave model. cheep as chips there and damned expensive here!, you could make a tidy profit when you got back.

Leatherman was going to be my call too.

A Charge TTI is 130 USD at B&H in NYC, so about £80. A legit looking UK shop is £120 or more.

Shame the USD/GBP rate has slid. I got my Charge TTi in NYC in November 2007 at 2.1 USD the pound. Uber cheap! :D

I would recommend buying loads of Lucky Charms and selling them on t'interweb when you get back here. There is also Christmas versions of some of their other breakfast cereals, such as Captain Crunch, so you could make yourself an extra Christmas bonus

A pair of 'decent' boots :D ...you can even get them made from the finest Caiman crock hide if you like ...and you have several thousand dollars to spend.
