This device cannot find enough free resources that it can use

I keep getting this problem with my computer, the graphic card isn't working, as, apparently, there is not enough memory to make it work. It was working fine before I installed Mobile Master. I was scanning for connected phones and opened Everest at the same time, and the computer rebooted at the same time. After the reboot, it stopped recognising my GFX card. I've uninstalled the phone cable drivers and the mobile software and did a System Restore, but it's still the same.

I'm not sure what to do here. Any help please?

I'm running Win XP Pro
Gigabyte GA-8I848P(-G)
1GB RAM
Geforce 6800nu
