Bought a refurbished ek VTX pump. Found it to be very noisy, esp anything above 25%. something like vibrating noise. Emailed OCUK and they agree to take it back to take a look, if found faulty, they say they are replacing.
My worry is altho noisy, my pump is working and with all the parts that I need. I am scare that if I get a replacement, its likely to be a refurbished one as well which can potentially be another item that been return (potential issue that lead to return?) or an item that with some parts missing leaving me worse off.
Should I tolerate the vibrating noise or should I get them to look into it ? Any one have experience with them rma on refurbished item?
