Tomtom problem

sorry if this isnt the correct forum but im trying to install tomtom 5.21 onto my Mio A701 phone , when i run the setup file on the PCi get this:

Your computer does not support the devices for which there are applications in this package. Please install the supporting software first and run Setup again. Setup will now end.

so what bloody applications do you want!

Phone Tomtom and I'm sure they will help. (obviously it will be a legit version which you checked compaitibilty with first)
