Quick (& possibly dumb) question...

I've been slowly building a new system bit by bit but a sudden lack of funds this month may result in me having to stick my recently purchased 2gb G.Skill ZX ram on a certain online auction site. Where would a buyer stand regarding warranty? Would G.Skill look after them or would any warranty be soley with myself as the original purchaser? I did use the ram for a couple of weeks in my somewhat antiquated system and I would be honest enough to class it as 2nd hand.

Any ideas guys?

Proof of purchase > Proof of ownership.

If you provide the sales receipt the buyer should be able to take advantage of the warranty.
