I am trying to find out why my pc won't start anymore after just changing my Front panel fans.

When i try turning on the pc everything lights up for about 0.1 sec then pc turns off.

so far I have unplugged GPU, hard drives, fans except cpu cooler ones.
I have taken out all ram except one in right dimm slot.

I put my cpu out and in again as well.

I have cleaned out all dust everywhere, except i haven't tried taking out my mobo out yet.

there should be nothing wrong as pc worked fine before changing the fans in the front of the pc.

My question is what does the pc have to have in order to turn on for more than 0.1 sec? so i can try troubleshoot this issue.

Hi and welcome to the forums. :)

Is it possible that you knocked one of the power leads a bit loose when fitting the new fans? Try removing and then refitting the 24 pin, 8 pin and pci-e power plugs. What is your system spec including make and model of psu?

that may be something i wouldn't try to attempt, but I can hear 1 tick noise as the psu turns off everytime, does that mean anything?

What I would do is take the motherboard out of the case and place it on the motherboard box and try it out of the case.

In case there a short somewhere.
