Is it normal for the epic download speed to be crap? Get a solid 5mb/sec with Steam. Epic struggling to get above 3mb/sec

Do you have a link where I go to link my accounts? I can't find it anywhere on the TW Access website!

Yeah, the Access site is awful for navigating around! This link should let you connect to Epic: https://access.totalwar.com/auth/control_panel

Thanks! When you click "My Account" again, do you see Epic Store connected? I clicked the link and it said I had authorised the accounts. Now when I go to the page, it says "Connect" next to the Epic Games logo, but clicking it again gives me an error from epic website, so I'm not entirely sure if it's worked.

I just get "invalid client" error when I try it....even while epic is open in the background downloading the game.

Earlier on I was able to click connect accounts, input my Epic login details and then it connected fine. I think the site is labouring a bit now, though, as I keep getting logged out whenever I click on anything there at the moment.

Downloading now. I'm soaking my BT Infinity connection at 77 Mbps and it's still slow going. How big is this sucker?

Mine says 16.8 gb, all credit to Epic, no slow site or crashes, looking forward to this one...

Well it runs fantastically well. I really dislike the UI though and the over bright colours.

I was reading a thread elsewhere that seemed to be telling us how to claim it, but must have missed it was for when it comes out in due course.

If you link your epic and total war access accounts you will get it free at launch
