TV wireless headphones

Hey guys, missus watches TV at night but i sleep early. What would you all recommend for some form of wireless headset that goes from headphone jack to transmitter wireless to headset?

I had a pair of Sennheiser RS165 headphones which I found pretty good for night time movie watching.

Only got rid of them as I upgraded to a pair of Bose QC35ii

I think Sennheisers RS range is the best you'll get. Most others are bluetooth rather than having a transmitter. Added benefit of the transmitter also being the charger dock.

Apart from the transmitter being included does this have any benefit over bluetooth? Is it a higher quality transmission / codec?

Sorry to jump on the OP's request but I've been asked to find the same but they also want bluetooth, so its either buy bluetooth headphones and a BT transmitter for the TV or buy these RS175's (if they sound better) and add a bluetooth receiver to the transmitter.
