Blind has collapsed twice on the pitch, think it was August last year when his ICD went off.

That is true. But his problem with myocarditis was discovered before hand so he hasn't had an actual cardiac arrest. According to Wiki he was diagnosed with myocarditis in december 2019 and had the ICD fitted. He then had a collapse in a pre-season game in August last year.

I can't find it at the moment but I read an article where it states that he won't be allowed to play in Italy as their medical rules are forbidding players to play with an ICD.
