Really not liking how many 3rd-placed teams qualify in this format. It kind of makes a mockery of the group stage, tbh.

Too many teams in this now, this group was so good as it had real quality in it. Some of the other groups (Italys and Netherlands especially!) are just glorified world cup qualifying groups.

World cup will be even worse when they expand it to 48.

Would rather loose like Hungary did then go out playing mind-numbing football defending 1-0 scorelines all day long.

Yeah, that's a crazy uneven draw. England and Germany are the strongest sides in our half, I reckon. In the other side you've got France, Belgium, Italy, Portugal, and Spain.
