This is one of the greatest jokes and manipulations in human history, if allowed to happen. A country which is so underdeveloped that is similar to Afghanistan is bidding for a joint host of a World Cup... Their govermements must be sued to breaching human rights, not to be supported for a candidacy.
Just go there and see their infrastructure. Misery all around.

I can see them giving the 2030 world cup to Uruguay. The first world cup was held in 1930 , in Uruguay, so it would make sense as a 100th anniversary tribute to have the world cup in the same place as it started

I hope the colleague is right and it will be in Argentina, together with Uruguay, Paraguay and Chile. Will be astonishing.

About the 2028 in Europe, well, why don't be see a united bid from Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia and Czech Republic. 4 nations with much better candidacy than Greece, Serbia, Romania and Bulgaria lol

England with the new stadium for more than $1 bln would also be a good choice.
