Came across this on another forum anyone used it before ?

You can tell it which files to move to the outer edge of the disc and shift archive files to the middle

Yep, it is very good though a lot of people seem to dimiss it as it isn't just a set-it-and-forget-it job. If people took the time to read the manual (a turgid affair, but informative) they'd discover it's a very powerful program that will let you optimise exactly what you want optimised. Freeware version too.

Ive used it myself before and found it fairly good, but to be fair there are loads of great defrag tools out there now days. I've settled on JKDefrag and scheduled it (without GUI) which is perfect and lightweight for me.
