ello..

Just wondering if any of you stoodents on here know when we will actually get our final year marks thru. I know there is the dispute going on but generally when is it that the dreaded letter or whatever it is comes thru your door telling you your classification.

I've scanned the JMU inter-web site ting and theres no date to be found

Cheers

As said, it's not just different for each uni, it's different for each department as well, I've had my results, but my exams were not affected by the Strikes at all, but some of my friends may have to wait up until as late as September to get theirs due to the strikes.

We could phone up today to get our 'unofficial' results (though they're unlikely to change) :)

I got a 2i :D Which i'm happy about as i'd lost all motivation during my final year :(

My results will be posted online on the 3rd of July.

Typical that I am on holiday from 25th June til 9th July.

Luckilly with my new Nokia N80 I should be able to find a wifi hotspot in the states and get them that way :D

2:1 for me, get in. Nearly quit after 6 months as I hated the course so its quite an achievement to see it through.

Well no one should be affected by the strike anymore as according to the email our University sent out, the unions had accepted the final offer and therefore the industrial action was no longer on?

Got mine a couple of weeks ago- got an MEng with distinction.

Unfortunately 10 of the 13 people on my course also got the distinction with the other 3 getting merits and nobody getting the basic pass.

Obviously I should just be happy that I got the top grade, but having 10/13 getting it too de-values the achievement I think

Got my results 2 weeks ago, but about 3-4 weeks later than they should have been released.

1st class joint honours Artificial Intelligence & Psychology and a class medal for highest overall mark (and although there are only a few people who do my degree, I'm the first to recieve the award in over 7 years since no one previously has attained a high enough average).

Well pleased but it has been 2-3 years of working 12-16 hours a day e very day, no breaks, no days off no fun really. It has cost me money (no chance to work summer jobs etc), friends- no time to socialise, fun- no time to relax, my health- stress related & no time to exercise.

The price was very high indeed. Now I wish UI relaxed more and made more contacts and better spent my time in a more balanced fashion.

No degree should be worth loosing all that :(. Well done anyhow :)
