Loved this to death as a kid but don't think i'd have the reactions to be any good now

Back when I still played those sorts of games I spread almost all of my gaming time between Unreal Tournament, Jedi Knight 2, and Quake 3 Arena.

Half tempted to pick this up on Steam but I expect I'd be pretty pants at it now.

I loved the assault maps. I'd give it a go if there are any servers running those.

Isn't it crazy how such a simple map was so effective. That, Morpheus and Deck32 are my 3 favourite maps... always. "You like that?" Yes. Yes I do.

Facing Worlds a flash from the past used to play on that map for hours.

Its on GoG but is £7.59 however least its DRM free and I read the one on Steam is a bit glitchy.

Q3 I played a lot, still have it (Q3 gold, nothing to do with steam). I have several copies of UT3 on DVD too from an old LAN party back in the day. Never played it as much, but it was fun. My friend used to hate it when I'd beat him despite not knowing the maps at all. If people are still playing these I mgiht be interested in seeing if I can still rocket jump and rail gun headshot.

Hall of the giants, CTF, Low Gravity, Jump Boots and Instagib!

The one thing I never got good at and only happened with luck was the transponder kills
