Upgrade from a Moto G?

Hi all,

My Moto 4G has been brilliant, loads of use but I've damaged the camera and phone is now a bit tatty.
I'm in 2 minds if I should just get another? Is there a phone out for around the 200 mark that would be a noticble upgrade?

Vodafone Smart Ultra 6 back down to £100 directly from Vodafone. Better Value now than any other mid to low end phone.

Vodafone Smart Ultra 6 seems a stonking deal. Best to order online to avoid a top-up. Only negative is if it ever gets Marshmallow.
