Upgrage - Video Editing

Hello!

I'm looking to upgrade my current PC my budget is around $1000 -$1200 and I want to keep Drives and Case if possible and maybe Memory but I don't think so as my current is DDR3.

Here is my current build:

• CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K 4.00GHz (Devil's Canyon) Socket LGA1150 Processor
• CPU Cooler: Zalman LQ315 Ultimate Liquid CPU Cooler
• Memory: 2x (32GB) Kingston HyperX 16GB (2x8GB) PC3-17100C11 2133MHz Dual Channel Kit
  
• Motherboard: Gigabyte Z97X-SLI Intel Z97 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard
• Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 760 DirectCUII OC 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card

I use this PC for video editing and sporadically for gaming.

Can you please suggest me on what to upgrade for faster video rendering, editing and maybe 4k editing?

• Preferation: Intel System

Keep in mind that I want to keep Drives and Case if possible and maybe Memory but I don't think so as my current is DDR3.
