USB Over Wireless

Hi all,

not sure if this is possible, however are there any products that allow USB devices to be connected wirelessly?

Trying to work on a home A/V setup, a touch monitor needs to connect to the base unit over USB. I cannot run a wire, so wondered if there are any dongles that work either over WIFI or through there own internal connection.

Don't know if your sorted but google belkin home base wifi usb.
