Can anyone give me a link to a good Symbian S60 application that can control Winamp remotely. Bluetooth or IR and preferably free! :)

    Thanks.

There are a few programs which'll do this, the most popular being a program called ControlFreak. It gives u full control over winamp as well as some other cool functions such as remote desktop :) A good little program. It's shareware, so you can try before you buy :)

Control Freak works REALLY well. Gives loads of control over winamp including library control to pick songs by artist, albumn and playlists. Also has desktop control similar to using VNC and also has shortcuts to Shutdown, etc. Can control oother certain apps like PowerDVD too :)

I had this problem. Have you got winamp running? The server is actually part of winamp plugin so it needs to be running to connect.

I can do it with my K750i and my bluetooth dongle. Can even control the whole PC. It's pretty awsome. Get a K750i, you know you want to! :p
