Something small, petrol, manual, full service history, no turbos and no dual mass flywheel. It should also come with a decent chunk of MOT preferably. (Yaris, Fiesta, Jazz, Mazda 2, Micra etc)

What's your total daily mileage going to be? If its not too high and you have somewhere to charge, then oddball suggestion, but how about an older EV? More expensive up front, but you'll potentially save a fortune in fuel and by not knackering an ICE engine doing constant short trips
