Using waterpump headers as fan headers?

Hi,

Just a real quick question - could I use certain headers designed for watercooling builds, such as the W_Pump+ and H_Amp headers as regular case fan headers? I presume if I did I could control the speed of the fans in my bios? The motherboard in question is the Asus ROG Maximus XII Formula.

Check your manual or download it, it will tell you of you can use pump header for fan

On my MSI b450 Pro carbon you can do this but not all I don't think
