Virgin, every time.

 

I've flown trans-Atlantic with Virgin and thought they were very good.

I've flown with BA a couple of times and thought they were grossly over rated and equally over priced; awful with kids.

 

Virgin if you plan to go Economy.

 

Virgins nice, its got good space seats and games on the screen things etc, its quite nice.

edit/ just to add that American Airlines absolutely suck

 

From London to Boston (and return), i've flown Virgin, BA, AA, Air Canada, and Aer Lingus, and Virgin have been vastly superior to the others.

Pretty much what I was going to say. I've flown both and normally go Virgin if I have the choice. Just seems nicer

I have never flown in my life. However Virgin seem to excel in making good products and packages, at none rip-off prices.

I love their trains, especially.

 

only flown 1st class sleeper lounge with Virgin and it was superb!!!

Got bumped off an Aer Lingus flight, Got £200 for the inconvience of moving to another flight and got 1st class virgin flight from NY to London!!!!!

AHHHHH - it's a tough life!!!!

Virgin economy seemed to have a fair bit of room - go for them.

A lot of people rate Virgin Atlantic. I flew with them to South Africa and they sucked, but when I told people who had used them to fly to America, they couldn't believe that we had had any issues with them.

 

Used both to Florida, Virgin was much better than BA, which were nothing special. BA are good to Europe though I find

 

Ive used both and have to say virgin economy is brilliant, much better than BA. Ba i dont fly economy, its usually business or first class i fly with them.

 

Both are good, Virgin seem to have a better sense of humour and the entertainment system absolutely rocks (although I think all airlines are introducing these new on-demand systems now).
