MSE doesn't deal with it very well, kinda useless on the ransomware front. Malwarebytes is the for runner for ransomware.

Nah, MSE is just an alternative to AVG or Avast. Its not for dealing with the problem, Combofix is the solution to it. Handles everything that malwarebytes does and more. I used to rely on malwarebytes too, But its been superseded. Obviously malwarebytes probably fixes this particular problem though.

I just prefer combofix as it solves a vast amount of issues, plus it has indepth options like hijackthis.

Illegally violent images, child porn and terrorism are rather unlikely to have a penalty of a £100 fine. You'd have to be pretty freaked out to fall for that one. If they had found compelling evidence you were doing all that, you'd have that nice policeman and some of his friends coming through your door to, erm, request your presence back at their place.

I removed this malware off a lot of my customers recently, and it stated the Police of the town Bolton was the ones that locked the computers? the fact me and all my customers live not to far from Bolton a lot of the believed it was real.

5 mins of me removing it using my custom VBS script and way hey all clean.
