volume from DVD player is louder on other AV channel...

Me again

switched the 360 on last night and the DVD player (Denon DHT 500SD connected via optical cable). I pressed the AV button on the tv remote to cycle back to AV3 (360). AV1 came on, silent (freeview box was turned off), AV2 came on and I heard the PGR3 intro playing. AV3 came on and picture came on and the music/sound seemed to get toned down a little bit.

Anyone know why this is?

Should I have my 360 in a different AV input on the TV?

Not sure but when my Xbox 360 is plugged in the volume of my TV drops considerably for whatever reason...

Originally thought it was the power supply being too close to the TV but I have moved the power supply far away from the TV and it still does it.

Could be a grounding problem .
