Hi, got a problem with my w800i, when I try and take a photo it focuses and then just goes back to the main screen, it does sometimes take a photo but very rarely

I tried updating the firmware but that hasn't fixed it, anyone got any ideas? Or do I need to return it?

Ah I had the very same problem it used to do my tree in. Your gonna have to send it back im afraid - try a master reset first though!
