By law, does a shop/etailer have to accept an RMA within the first 1 year of purchase?
Reason i ask is that i have a faulty item from LG which is within the first 12 months, and LG are using a pretty dodgy repair service provider called SBE Ltd of which have absolutely terrible reviews and long lead times. Just wondering if i might have an easier time via the etailer instead.
Quite surprised LG have outsourced the warranty service to such a crap company. I'm now nervous of sending it back.
