The theme of the build is chrome. Was hoping to get brass tubing, but don't think will have access to necessary tools to work with it. So the next best thing will be clear tubing. Would appreciate any advice.

Few pointers

You can only fit SFX/SFX-L size PSU in the Lian Li Mini... ATX PSU will not fit without heavy modifications to the case.

In an ATX format, you will only have enough space to put 3 fans up top. Radiator and fans will not fit (without modification to the case). You can however put a 360mm radiator at the bottom and a 240/280mm radiator on the side. Bear in mind thickness will matter, either a thin rad as a bottom and a thick as a side or vice versa.
