WD Cavier Green can't go down to 1.5gb/s??

Hi. I just bought a WD Cavier Green drive which is a 6gb/s drive:

Trouble is, my Raid card is very old and only supports SATA 150. With all my other drives I just set the jumper on the back of the drive, but when I do it with this one the manual says it switches it to 3gb/s.

Is there a way to set this drive to 1.5gb/s?

I'm sure SATA is forwards and backwards compatible on all drives; i.e. the drive will still work, and will just maximise the connection (unlikely?).

My other drives are all 3gbs and wouldn't work until I set the jumper on the back to 150. Can anyone else verify that it should work? At the moment the raid cards bios screen hangs as soon as it tries to read from this new drive.

never mind, did a firmware update on the raid cards and it picks up the drive perfectly now.
