webcam video capture?

Can anyone recommend a webcam video capture software?? i need it be able to record from msn messenger, yahoo etc. I tried "webcam video capture 4.8" but the 15 day time limit was up. I dont mind paying 10 for a full license but I'd prefer a cheaper alternative.

Generally you get some kind of software with your webcam that will do this, however This may do what you want, or VirtualDub, or have a look in the Webcam/Capture Software section...
