Website not loading pages?

My mum's website is no longer showing the webpages, instead it asks if you want to download the file, eg. index.html or contact.html etc

It used to work fine, nothing's been changed, but now it's doing the above.

It's just simple html/php. I've tried a very basic html page and it also does the same.

Any ideas?

Tried other browsers and computers?

Maybe something on the server has changed or you modified the .htaccess file?

Best contacting your hosting support if it doesn't work in other browsers/computers and you're certain you've changed nothing.
