Watching the women's 53kg Group A lifting and the officials messed up the weight for the Polish lifters 2nd round lift, they then messed up the weight for her 3rd round lift so decided to give her a 4th lift then changed their minds. Poor girl's sat in the warm-up room in tears

Her clean must be massive to be able to stand up with 135kg so easily.

First time that's happened apparently, beat the Olympic record and equalled the World Record for the C&J in the process.

Tomorrow we've got 18 year old Zoe Smith competing in the <58kg B group from 12:30pm. Not expecting a medal but should finish around the top of her group.

Zoe Smith's about to start lifting soon. Was showcased in a recent BBC3 documentary so will hopefully get on BBC1 or BBC3.
