i'm ditching my best mate / housemate to go to a gig on his 21st, so wheres the problem

i am however meeting the band and getting them to sign a birthday card for him lmao!

I miss my dad's birthday every year. Granted he's always on holiday during his birthday

plus he's only been around for my birthday for the last 2 years, the other years he was away on business.

nah, not bothered about the quid. I just could have got it 4 days earlier, instead ive paid £1 more and have to wait till about tuesday or wednesday

thats what i was going to say... unless its a 40th or 50th or some such, there will be other birthdays, where as the graduation stuff and after partys are once in a life time.
