I have one that's a similar design to the one in the pic above, from a popular large PC store. I don't recommend it, it's now horrendously uncomfortable. I'd appreciate some recommendations for a replacement! This thing sees probably 7hrs of my arse a day!

I'm currently sat on a Klappe chair from Ikea, fairly expensive for a highstreet chair (£220 or something like that now), but comfortable, highly adjustable and seems to be lasting well

designed to be sat on 24/7 (which it is) so even after 3 years its still hideously comfortable. You get what you pay for when it comes to arse support i've found over the years.

I bought one from staples (or ******, i forget)... it was about £100... it tilts and is comfy as hell... love it, that was about 1 or 2 years ago too... still going strong

I know the one you mean, my house mate has a cheapy one like that, i think it was from argos. Mines different to those ones.

I was bought mine for xmas, ill find out where it was from.

edit; was this one, not a mega expensive one but works fine for evening/weekend use

For those sitting on a sofa, what kind of table are you using for the screen? Unless it's a laptop, I guess you have it on your lap, but I am interested if there are any desktop users sitting on a sofa.

A leather reclining sofa. I love my laptop. At work it's a very old leather chair which has seen better days but is still comfortable.
